The Ti-5 Race Systems are constructed of titanium throughout the muffler can, header and mid-pipe areas. Designed for optimum performance, riders will enjoy increased horsepower while still meeting both AMA and FIM sound requirements. Unlike other Pro Circuit exhaust systems, the Ti-5 offers consumers the choice between a titanium or carbon fiber end cap. Additionally, the asymmetrical muffler configuration maximizes packing volume to ensure sustained performance.

Pro Circuit now offers a replacement Carbon Fiber End Cap for Ti-5 Exhaust System mufflers that originally came with a carbon cap. The Carbon End Cap was designed in house and are made with twill carbon fiber cloth. During manufacturing, the end caps go through an autoclave process that uses both heat and temperature to ensure that the parts are as dense, uniform and free of air bubbles as possible. This combination of high strength materials and advanced manufacturing processes allows Pro Circuit to make an extremely lightweight part that showcases the weave of the carbon cloth without sacrificing strength or durability.

Pro Circuit has built its reputation around the exhaust system. This legendary product is truly the core of our business, and we’re adding something new to the lineup. Pro Circuit is proud to announce the release of the new T-5 Carbon Euro System.

The T-5 Carbon Euro System is constructed of stainless steel throughout the muffler can, header, and mid-pipe areas, and is topped off with a carbon fiber end cap to give it the same aesthetics as the Ti-5, but at a T-5-friendly price point. The asymmetrical muffler configuration maximizes packing volume to ensure sustained performance. Specifically for international customers, the T-5 Euro System meets the FIM 2 meter max sound requirements.

KTM Linkage Arm. The KTM Linkage Arm was designed to stiffen up the initial part of the linkage curve and lower the chasis, making the bike much more stable. This will also help eliminate the initial loose and wallowy feel. Turning and cornering capabilities are greatly improved as well. And although having your suspension revalved by Pro Circuit would make a considerable improvement, the Linkage Arms alone provide a major improvement over the stock set up. *Stock Length for the KTM 250/350/450 SX-F (142.5mm) / Pro Circuit Length is 143.75mm
